JACK GOODMAN
Lighting Designer
Jack is a freelance Lighting Designer and Assistant LD based out of Chicago, Illinois. Jack is a recent graduate from Columbia College Chicago, earning his BA in Theatre Design and Technology.

Jack was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona where he worked with companies such as 56th St Players, Horizon Choirs, Desert Stages Theatre, Samaritan Theatre Company, Grand Canyon University, and Arizona State University
In Chicago, Jack has worked with companies such as Columbia College Chicago, TimeLine Theatre Company, Theater Wit, Theo Obique, and Steep Theatre Company
Additionally, Jack has had the pleasure of working with Directors such as Jonathan Berry, Justin Brill, Susan Padveen, Jimmy Maize, Barbara Pitts-McAdams, Ashley Keys, Jesse Carlo, Rooney, Michael Brown, Alison Dornheggen, Quenna Barrett, Aaron Reese-Boseman, and Daryl Brooks. And assisting designers such as Heather Gilbert, Quinn Chisenhall, Josiah Croeghaert, Rose Johnson, and Kayla Trebat.
Jack is intrigued by musical theatre and loves the different ways that music can tell a story. Jack is also excited by pieces of mystery and drama and loves using light to help convey the emotion on stage.
